Our head chef Mikael invites you to a new concept with a four-hands dinner. Welcome to Table 16, the table in our private dining room at Chez Jolie. It will be a reunion in the kitchen when one of Sweden’s very best chefs—and perhaps the chef I have spent the most time cooking alongside—Jesper Karlsson joins us as a guest. Jesper was head chef at Fäviken for many years, and we worked together in the early 2000s at, among other places, Pontus in the Greenhouse and Carl Michael. The menu will be both a look back at dishes we have cooked before and what we cook today, but above all it will focus on ingredients and classic craftsmanship that we both love.

The menu consists of seven courses and costs 3,000 SEK. Two wine pairings will also be available to choose from on site.
