Welcome to Table 16, the table in our private dining room at Chez Jolie. Now for two special evenings, February 4th and 5th. Take the opportunity to secure yours, as there are only 16 seats per evening.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It will be a reunion in the kitchen when one of Sweden\u2019s very best chefs\u2014and perhaps the chef I have spent the most time cooking alongside\u2014Jesper Karlsson joins us as a guest. Jesper was head chef at F\u00e4viken for many years, and we worked together in the early 2000s at, among other places, Pontus in the Greenhouse and Carl Michael. The menu will be both a look back at dishes we have cooked before and what we cook today, but above all it will focus on ingredients and classic craftsmanship that we both love.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; Micke<\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The menu consists of seven courses and costs 3,000 SEK.
